Booking Terms and Conditions
BVI-POL-B1 · Version 1.0 · Effective 17 October 2026
1. Purpose and scope
These terms are the contract between the guest and Bless Voyage International Travel & Tourism LLP
("Bless Voyage", "we", "us") for every booking we arrange: tours, hotel and accommodation bookings, transfers,
sightseeing, student and group tours, and any other travel service booked through us, whether the guest is an
individual (B2C) or a company or agent (B2B).
By paying any amount, or by signing or accepting the Guest Acknowledgement, the guest accepts these terms for
themselves and for everyone included in the booking. The person who books confirms they have the authority to
accept these terms for all travellers named.
2. Who we are and our role
Bless Voyage International Travel & Tourism LLP · LLP No. ADB-4548 · PAN ABHFB4748A · Registered office:
14/57, Thuruthikkara P.O., Kollam 690540, Kerala, India.
Bless Voyage acts as an agent for the hotels, transport operators, guides and other suppliers that provide
the services in a booking. The supplier provides the service itself and is responsible for how it is
delivered, subject to Section 7. Each supplier's own terms (for example check-in rules, house rules and
deposits) also apply, and we share them on request.
3. Booking and confirmation
A booking is made in three steps. Until all three are complete, the booking is a request only.
- Quote. We send a written quote stating the services, dates, travellers, total price,
currency and these terms. A quote is valid for 10 days.
- Advance payment. The guest pays an advance of 50% of the total price, and we issue a
receipt.
- Written confirmation. Once suppliers confirm availability, we send a written confirmation
with supplier booking references. The booking is confirmed from this date.
Balance. The remaining 50% is payable on the guest's arrival, unless the quote states
another date. We may withhold services that depend on the balance until it is paid. If a supplier cannot
confirm, we offer an alternative of similar standard or return the advance in full.
4. Prices, payments and currency
- Currency. Each quote and receipt is issued in US Dollars (USD) or Indian Rupees (INR).
The guest pays in the currency on the quote.
- Conversion rate. Where a price is converted, we apply 1 USD = 97 INR. The rate on a
confirmed booking does not change.
- What the price includes. Only the items listed in the quote. Personal expenses, optional
tours, visa fees, tips and meals not mentioned are extra.
- Receipts. We issue a receipt for every payment. Please quote the receipt number in any
query.
- Payment methods. Bank transfer, UPI, card, cash and cheque. Cheques and transfers count
only once cleared; bank charges are borne by the payer.
- Taxes. Prices include or exclude taxes as stated in the quote.
- Late payment. If the advance or balance is not received when due, we may release the
booking and the cancellation rules apply.
5. Guest responsibilities
- Give accurate details. Names must match the passport or ID exactly.
- Hold valid travel documents. Passport validity, visas, permits and health documents are
the guest's responsibility. We may help, but cannot guarantee that a visa or entry will be granted.
- Be on time. Late arrival or no-show may be charged.
- Follow rules. Obey local laws, supplier and hotel rules, and instructions from guides and
tour leaders. We may remove a guest for unsafe or unlawful behaviour, with no refund.
- Pay for damage caused to supplier property.
- Declare needs and risks before booking: medical, mobility or dietary needs, and any child
or student travelling.
- Arrange suitable travel insurance.
- Keep contact details current and stay reachable during the trip.
6. Changes, cancellations, force majeure and insurance
Cancellation and refunds, guest changes, events beyond our control and travel insurance are each covered by
their own policy, which forms part of these terms. Refunds depend on how early the guest cancels and on
supplier charges; changes may carry fees from us and from suppliers; we advise insurance but do not provide
cover unless stated.
Changes by us or our suppliers. If services change (for example because of weather, road
conditions, closures or supplier problems), we tell the guest as soon as we can and offer a suitable
alternative. If the change is major and the alternative is not accepted, the guest may cancel under the refund
rules.
7. Liability
- We take reasonable care in choosing suppliers and in making bookings.
- We are not responsible for a supplier's acts, omissions or failures, but we will help the guest raise the
issue and seek a remedy.
- Our liability is limited to the amount the guest paid us for the affected service, to the extent the law
allows.
- We are not liable for loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, for personal items, or for
costs suitable insurance would have covered.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Complaints, privacy and governing law
- Complaints. Tell us about any problem during the trip so we can try to fix it on the
spot, and in writing within 3 days after the trip.
- Privacy. We use guest personal data, including passport details, only to arrange the trip
(see our Privacy Policy).
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the
courts at Kollam, Kerala.
- Language and changes. The English version applies. The version in force on the date of
written confirmation applies to that booking.
- Whole agreement. The quote, written confirmation, receipts and these terms are the full
agreement for the booking.
9. Guest acknowledgement
Before a booking is confirmed, the guest records acceptance of these terms by signing the Guest
Acknowledgement and Consent Form, or by replying "I accept" to our written quote from their own email address
or WhatsApp number.

Force Majeure Policy
BVI-POL-B5 · Version 1.0 · Effective 18 October 2026
1. Purpose and scope
This policy explains what happens to a booking when an event outside our control and the guest's control
stops or changes a trip. It forms part of the Booking Terms and Conditions and applies to every booking, B2C
or B2B.
2. What counts as force majeure
An event that neither Bless Voyage nor the guest could reasonably foresee or prevent, and that makes a
service impossible, unsafe or unlawful, for example:
- natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, storms, landslides and extreme weather;
- war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest or military action;
- epidemic or pandemic, quarantine rules and health orders;
- government orders, travel bans, border or airspace closures, visa or entry rule changes;
- strikes, lockouts, and transport or airport shutdowns;
- fire, power or communication failure, and similar events affecting a supplier.
A supplier's own fault, overbooking or bankruptcy is not force majeure; we treat it as a supplier failure.
3. What we do when it happens
- Tell the guest as soon as we know, by email or WhatsApp, and explain which services are
affected.
- Check the suppliers for what they can return, change or hold.
- Offer options, in this order where possible: an alternative itinerary, dates or hotel of
similar standard; a rebooking credit; or payment back of any amount a supplier actually returns to us.
- Confirm in writing the guest's choice and the amounts.
4. Rebooking credit
- Value: the amount paid for the affected services, less non-recoverable items and any
amount a supplier keeps.
- Validity: 6 months from the written credit confirmation.
- Use: towards a new booking with Bless Voyage, in one or more parts, until used up.
- Cash value: none; not paid out in cash or by transfer, and earns no interest.
- Transfer: held in the lead guest's name.
- New booking terms: current prices, availability and terms apply; the guest pays any
difference.
- Expiry: unused credit lapses at its end date, with no refund.
5. What is not refunded or credited
Unless the supplier returns the money to us:
- hotel and accommodation bookings, and cab and transfer bookings;
- flight tickets, including when an airline cancels or changes a flight;
- visa, permit and other fees already paid to a government body or third party;
- any other supplier charge the supplier will not return.
Where a supplier does return money, we pass on the amount actually received, after our costs, as part of the
credit.
6. Guest duties and insurance
- Keep contact details current and answer our messages quickly.
- Follow instructions from the tour leader, local authorities and your embassy or consulate.
- Take travel insurance covering trip interruption, medical cost and evacuation. Extra hotel nights or new
flights are the guest's own cost unless insurance pays.
- Claim from the airline or your insurer for costs we cannot recover.
7. Liability and ending the booking
- Neither party is in breach for a delay or failure caused by force majeure.
- We are not liable for extra cost, loss or inconvenience caused by a force majeure event, except as the law
requires.
- If no alternative is possible, either party may end the affected part of the booking; the guest then
receives the rebooking credit and any supplier refund.
- This policy does not remove any right under Indian law that cannot be excluded.
Guest Code of Conduct Policy
BVI-POL-B14 · Version 1.0 · Effective 18 October 2026
1. Purpose and scope
This code sets the behaviour we expect from every guest on a booking we arrange, to protect the safety of all
guests, our staff, our suppliers and the public. It applies from the moment a guest joins a service until it
ends, and forms part of the Booking Terms and Conditions. The person who books must make every traveller aware
of it.
2. Drugs, alcohol and dangerous substances
- Drugs. Use, possession, carrying, buying, selling or sharing of narcotic or psychotropic
drugs, or any substance banned in India or the country visited, is not allowed.
- Dangerous substances. No explosives, weapons, flammable or toxic materials.
- Alcohol. Only in moderation, at licensed venues and where the law permits. Never on
transport or during a tour or sightseeing activity.
- Under the influence. A guest under the influence of alcohol or any drug may not join or
continue on a tour, transfer or activity.
3. Safety of other guests, staff and the public
- no violence, threats or reckless behaviour;
- no ignoring safety instructions from the tour leader, driver, guide or hotel;
- no dangerous activities that are not part of the booking;
- no leaving the group without telling the tour leader;
- no hiding a medical condition that could put the guest or others at risk.
4. Local laws, culture and dress
- Obey the laws of India and every place visited. Ignorance of a local law is not an excuse.
- Respect local customs and religion; dress modestly at religious sites.
- Follow photography rules at religious, military, border and government sites, and do not photograph people
without permission.
- Do not damage property, monuments or natural sites; the guest pays for any damage caused.
- Do not litter or harm wildlife, and follow park and reserve rules.
5. Respect for guests and staff
We do not accept harassment (including sexual harassment), abuse, threats or discrimination of any kind,
disturbing other guests, or recording or sharing images of other guests without consent. A guest who feels
unsafe or harassed should tell the tour leader or call our contact numbers at once. We act on every report.
6. Prohibited items and customs
- Do not carry any banned or restricted item, including drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or cash or goods
above declared limits.
- Pack your own bags and never carry a package for a stranger.
- Declare goods and cash to customs as the law requires.
- Fines, seizure, detention or loss caused by a prohibited item are the guest's own responsibility.
7. Minors, students and group discipline
- Minors. A guest under 18 must travel with a parent or guardian, or with their written
consent and a named responsible adult.
- Student groups. Teachers or group leaders are responsible for students' behaviour; a
supervision ratio is agreed in writing before booking.
- Group discipline. Follow the itinerary, be on time at every pick-up and stay with the
group. A guest who misses a service may lose it with no refund.
- Instructions. Follow reasonable instructions from the tour leader, guide and driver.
8. Breaches: warning, removal and no refund
- Minor breach (lateness, noise, ignoring instructions): verbal warning, noted in writing.
- Repeated or serious breach after a warning: removal from the tour.
- Drugs, alcohol on a tour, intoxication, violence, harassment, or any dangerous or illegal
act: immediate removal, with no warning.
The tour leader may remove a guest on the spot where safety is at risk; management confirms the decision in
writing. After removal, no refund is given for unused services, the guest pays for their own onward travel and
accommodation, and remains responsible for any damage or fines. We may inform local authorities where the law
requires or safety is at risk. A guest who disagrees may complain after the trip.
9. Guest acknowledgement
Every adult traveller accepts this code before travel, by signing or replying "I accept" to our written
confirmation. The person who books accepts for any minor in the booking.
Cash in Hand Policy
BVI-POL-B13 · Version 1.0 · Effective 18 October 2026
1. Purpose and scope
This policy sets the rules for taking, checking, recording and transferring cash that guests hand to Bless
Voyage for a booking, because old or torn notes can be refused by banks and exchange offices. It applies to
every staff member, representative and guide who receives cash, and to every guest who pays in cash.
2. When cash is accepted
- Currencies: US Dollars (USD) and Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) notes only. Any other currency
needs our written approval first. For domestic tours, INR is accepted from Indian citizens only.
- Limit per booking: total cash may not exceed INR 2,00,000 (about USD 2,061 at 1 USD = 97
INR). Amounts above the limit must be paid by bank transfer, UPI or card.
- Who may receive cash: only a person authorised in writing by Bless Voyage. We inform the
guest in advance.
- Where: at our office, or a place agreed in writing, and only in the presence of the
guest.
3. Condition of notes
We accept only notes that are clean, untorn and (for USD) from the 2013 series or newer. For KZT, only clean
and untorn notes of the current issue. We do not accept notes that are torn, cut, taped or repaired; written
on, stamped, stained, faded or heavily creased; or doubtful in any way.
4. Checking notes at hand-over
- Every note is checked in the guest's presence.
- The cash is counted in front of the guest and the total agreed.
- Any failed note is returned and a replacement requested at that moment.
- Serial numbers of all notes of USD 50 and above are recorded.
- A cash receipt is issued for the accepted amount only.
5. If a note is rejected later
- The staff member goes with the guest to a money transfer or exchange office and changes the note.
- If that is not possible, a video showing the refused notes and serial numbers is recorded.
- The reason for refusal is obtained from the bank or exchange office, in writing where possible.
- The guest pays the value of the refused notes by online transaction or another agreed method, at 1 USD =
97 INR where conversion applies.
Until the shortfall is paid, the booking is treated as short-paid and dependent services may be held.
6. Receipts and records
- Every cash payment gets a numbered receipt showing currency, amount, date and the name of the receiver.
- Each payment is entered in the cash log with the booking reference and note serial numbers.
- Cash passed between staff is counted by both and signed for. It is deposited in the company's bank account
or exchanged at an authorised office, and kept locked until then.
- Company cash is never used for personal expenses.
7. Guest acknowledgement
Before paying in cash, the guest confirms in writing that they have read this policy, including the note
conditions, the replacement of later-refused notes, and the INR 2,00,000 limit per booking.
